Know When To Speak And When To Keep Silent

• If a person lives close to you or you regularly meet but he never speaks to you then one day he approaches you and tells you something do not dismiss him rather listen to him with minimum interjections only for you to thoroughly analyse the issue before providing any feedback to him.
• No matter your opinion about him the message should be treated with a lot of respect as it could be useful to you at times life changing.
• Your parents advocating ideas to you which you do not agree with allow them time to explain their wishes. Seek clarifications from them on all the unclear matters. Do thorough research to establish the truth and applicability of the ideas after which you will be able to discuss with your parents from an informed point of view.

When you deal with a fool he will derive pleasure from ashaming you. Anything you try to convince him about he will ensure it does not work no matter how logical it may look.

Some of these people are smartly dressed and look innocent. What is wrong in them is the way they think so by a mere look at them their appearance may deceive you.

They emit negative energies. Concentrating on them will spoil your mood. The simple hearted will tend to think they are wrong until that time they meet a sober person who supports their ideology or gives a fair opinion then they will know it was not them who had wrong thinking it was the one they were dealing with.

When introducing a concept to someone and you realize that he does not understand it yet you want his support. It is advisable that you allow him time either to do independent research or refresh then you explain it again at a future time perhaps he will understand otherwise if he is unable to understand for the second time no need to waste your energy explaining to him again as he will feel that you are forcing him and this will have a negative effect on your relationship.

Visiting a bank or related institutions and a customer care representative is unwilling to listen to you despite many attempts to explain your situation to him. Spend no further time arguing with him ask him to direct you to his boss if unwilling to do so ask another staff for the services you want or to direct you to their boss. No need to leave unsatisfied with the services if there is an alternative seek to get satisfaction where possible.

To all those people who mistreat you maliciously even if you do not have much to do to them owing to prevailing circumstances make a point of registering your displeasure with their acts either by telling them what they have done is wrong or challenging them to put themselves in your shoes and figure out how they could feel if subjected to what they have done to you. By doing so you will make them feel guilty enough to make anyone sober not to repeat such a bad habit to those he will interact with in future.

When someone approaches you seeking for advise it is prudent that you evaluate the issue thoroughly if able to respond accurately offer to him the answer, if unable to offer a solution either inform him about the complexity of the issue to you direct him to someone who will support him but do not fail to give any comment about the matter as you will have betrayed his trust in you.
