Worth Noting:

In addition all men do not think in the same way so what you think is the best strategy may probably not even be the second or third best therefore if you happen to meet with people whose strategies are better than yours they will laugh at yours or see your strategies as outdated ones hence need to keep learning by encouraging others to make input and incorporating what is good in them in your work.

The social nature of a man requires him not only to associate with fellow human beings but also to feel valued during these interactions.
Quite a large number of men are extremely selfish so as much as you associate with them they will wish to dominate you. One of the ways they do this is by giving you orders and expecting no questions from you regarding the same. At times what they expect of you is a huge task where you will strain or even be demoralized and fail to achieve the desired results yet if the strategy was revised the task could have been easily and speedily executed.

In an estate there are gatekeepers whose primary task is to protect the property by restricting who accesses the estate. Those who drive enjoy the services of gates being opened for them and any visitor being noted down to ensure that in case anything goes missing the stranger could be queried especially if the house he visited is the one that has issues.
In case of potential danger the security personnel could be better versed with changes in the way things are done as compared to you but if you never wish to listen from them they will fail to notify you and you may get harmed yet no one is to blame for example a notorious person may be a friend to some of your family members yet they visit each other in your absence. They may introduce ill morals to your family yet you are left in the dark about this issue.
As a parent you need to listen to your kid even if you think he is too junior to you to air his views failure to which he could find someone else who could lend him his ear and from then henceforth a lot could be happening without you being informed as he would be having someone to seek advice from hence not having any interest in informing or enquiring from you.
Whenever you met a stressed person it is not all times that you are able to offer solutions to what is bothering him but if he want to speak to you and you just listen at him he will empty whatever he has been thinking about and feel relieved even without you giving any advice just telling him that you have heard his case will leave him happy that he has someone willing to listen to him.
