These are matters of the perception that they have about other people. Someone who looks like their parent will be appreciated by them. Someone who is similar to those around them will also be appreciated.
- What they dislike is unfamiliar faces no matter how charming one may seem to be. This is due to the mindset of the kid that mum and whoever is close to her looks is safer to be with.
The bonds between ourselves and another person exists only in our minds. Memory as it grows fainter loosens them, and notwithstanding the illusion by which we want to be duped and which, out of love, friendship, politeness, deference, duty, we dupe other people, we exist alone.

More than 20 years ago I was in form one. The secondary school that I attended shared the playground with the district officer’s office meeting ground so the field was public and football teams from the surrounding areas used to play in it more so during the weekends.
One Saturday as I attended a football match a non-student fan commented that I am a form one student and I wondered how he was able to know my class. Later on, I acquired skills like those he had so I can easily spot a form one students in midst of fellow school mates. The mannerisms are the ones than makes such category of people easily identifiable. These mannerisms are due to their mindset.
Should you find a typical teacher or health worker anywhere whether in hair saloon, in a supermarket, walking on the road or at a party it is easy to notice them due to the way they behave. Their professions are associated with certain characters. Their mindsets are calibrated in a certain unique manner.
They tend to love each other. The subscription to a common school of thought probably is the one that brings them together and keeps them united. A look at them you can notice that they are concerned with whatever is happening around them and they are somehow authoritative in their way of handling issues.

Should the toddler be forced to live near that person he seems to hate over time he will start appreciating him reason being the toddler’s perception will change due to his regular presence and he will start to see that person as one of his family members.
When you become an adult there are those people who you will see for the first time and without even talking to them you fall in love with them. This is usually due to your mindset. If you think that person is harmless to you then you will find some attraction in him or her but if he looks unkind and rough you mind will make you hate that person.
Suppose you are a teacher a hardworking one for that case but you mistreat your students. Much as they will be appreciating your industrious nature, they will hold some bitterness due to the negative aspect of mistreating them.
Your combined efforts may see them succeed in academics but they will end up being unthankful to you reason being you intentionally mistreated them thereby negating the good things you have done to them. This is due to their mind paying more attention to the wrong rather than the rights.
Another teacher may be teaching a subject which is considered difficult or boring but due to their friendliness the students generate a lot of interest in the subject, put effort in it and perform well even many of them end up in jobs related to that subject. The time you change their mindset the subject becomes one of their favourite subjects.
Many cases have been taken with shock about men who befriend their house girls even some end up marrying them. A similar case to women getting involved in relationships with their houseboys.
This happens when the man tries to tease the girl and realise that she is as jovial as her wife, her ability to smile and answer his questions makes him to change perceptions about her from being a house girl to a potential partner. This new development makes him to appreciate and admire her more and more. The mindset changes you become more like equals.
A look at some of the extremists like great musicians you will find that other than the talent they have, they also have a lot of vices in the lives but due to the fame that they enjoy from their talent many wish to associate with them.
It happens that even some of the people who does not like their music claim to love them reason being in their mind they have the positive image of the composer as a famous person.
The fame diverts the fans from focusing on the many and major short comings of that person. The same case applies to great lawyers, footballers, boxers among many other talented people.
You find some of the trusted people in society try to pretend that they are in love even when they are facing serious challenges in their relationships but for the sake of public relations they behave as if they are happily together while deep in their hearts, they know that they are faking. The outsider who will see them will talk of them as power couples.
There are common denominators that makes people to love each other for example sharing school and sharing ambitions. That is why you find if a politician retires from politics and engage in business those who used to be his friends may shift their friendship to the newcomers in politics who will replace the retired former colleague and never bother of him again as the connecting factor has changed. Their allegiance has been switched.
