NO ONE WANTS TO BE EASY TO GET OVER. THAT’S WHAT MIND GAMES ARE FOR

Some people use mind games to selfishly manipulate others, so they can get what they want to meet their own unmet needs. It might be physiological, emotional, social and so forth. Playing mind games with your relationship could as well be a home goal scored home and away.

Not all these needs are wrong or unhealthy. But, mind games are not desired in a healthy relationship. It is a way the players go, getting those needs met that can be selfish and hurtful. Mind games are not only confusing and frustrating, but can also get in the way of DEEP MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS, the strings of which are connected to the heart and soul.

Many a times, people playing the mindgames, are not even aware of their manipulative and game-playing ways. Blame and Shame are simply mind games.

All of this, comes from low self-esteem, insecurity, an urge for power over the other or simply maybe to test the other. But little do they feel that-Mind games do not make them mysterious or interesting. It simply makes the other believe and feel that the energy they are putting in, is just a waste of their time. No one wants to be left in a frantic and confused state of mind- YOU MAY WIN THE GAME BUT LOOSE THE PERSON FOREVER.

It is always preferred to confront, discuss, help each other work as a team- sorting out the issues and suggest defining the relationship if at all it is VALUABLE to one and TO KEEP.

Being emotionally open and vulnerable in front of each other isn’t easy, but it might have GREAT REWARDS, cz…
