When we here about Africa what comes in our mind is about the continent of beautiful sceneries like African cities, mountains, best national park and magical sceneries.
Tomorrow the county of Kisumu in Kenya will host the Africities. The theme will be about peace in Africa and Development of the cities. The common problem that usually pulls down the development of Africa cities and destruct peace is the general election.
My take today as Kenya is hosting the summit the time we are approaching general elections and the campaigns are ongoing. The summit should especially educate the Kenyan Political leaders and the citizen at large for the benefit of maintaining peace, they should not let one day action destroy the infrastructure that has been worked for, in the last 50 years.
When the country is politically stable and it has development it will attract more foreign investors which will lead to the development of a country and boost the country’s economy.
Also the president present in the summit they should maintain and build a peaceful contact between the countries so as to avoid border and boundaries dispute.
Let’s make Africa a beautiful continent and most of all a peaceful continent.
