Due to increased population in the Republic of Kenya, many people have lost their job opportunities.
This was also led by the outbreak of COVID-19 that led to many people loose their jobs and others also were fired out due to failure to adhere ti the rules that the health sector had set for the conduct of prevention of the COVID-19.
As per Kenya, many young people have been enrolled to many Kenya universities and colleges. Then they come out from the institutions with the expectations that they are going to be employed by the government of which even the government is not at a position to have jobs for the large number of people.
The institutions give out a large number of graduates than the number of job vacancies in the economy.
The government should guide this young people to start proprietorships that will mentor them to greater businesses instead of relaying on the government vacancies.
Also the government should give out help of loans to many people as per the number of people with no jobs in the Republic of Kenya so as to start small businesses to avoid increasing the number of crimes in Kenya.
