Cultivation and processing technology of medicinal plants is a field of undergraduate education – a field of science and production of agriculture and forestry, from land, water, energy and material-technical resources. development of medicinal raw material products for the pharmaceutical industry in order to increase their effective use, for the purpose of planting them in cultivated areas – technologies of seed preparation, seedling cultivation, reproduction and establishment of industrial plantations, setting the field perspective, professional skills, specialization covers a set of means, methods, methods and methods of human activity directed at ability. The task of the specialization based on the educational direction is the agricultural network, which consists in the rational use of land, water, energy and material and technical resources, as well as the optimization of production processes, in order to deepen the knowledge of students, increase the productivity and quality of medicinal plant plantations. science and production in; conducting research in medicinal plant science; in secondary special and higher education institutions, the system of professional development and retraining of personnel consists in the organization of teaching of special subjects in institutions, as well as improving knowledge and creating skills using advanced pedagogical technologies.
This science is aimed at the comprehensive study of the biology and ecology of medicinal plants growing naturally and culturally in the conditions of our republic. The study of bioecological characteristics of medicinal plant species, their biological and ecological grouping, their natural population and resources, and later serves as a basis for the establishment of cultivated fields. The rapid use of biological resources is the reason for the limitation of plant natural resources and the reduction of natural biodiversity. Currently, more than 700 species of medicinal plants have been identified. Medicines are produced from more than 120 types of medicinal plants. In recent years, the species of plants that are endemic in our local flora, whose range is narrowing, and the coefficient of use in the national economy (food, pharmaceuticals, varnish, textiles, etc.) are high remain in need of protection. or the Republic of Uzbekistan was included in the “Red Book”, and their number reached 301. Therefore, for the protection of medicinal plants, a detailed study of their biology and ecology, their cultivation, and the establishment of industrial plantations serve as a basis. Makur science covers important theoretical and practical knowledge, such as the study of bioecological properties of medicinal plant species and methods of protection.
Cultivation of medicinal plants is one of the main subjects taught in this field, and it is aimed at teaching the theoretical and practical bases of the technologies of cultivation of medicinal plants in cultural terms. In the course of mastering it, specialists have acquired theoretical and practical knowledge on the cultivation of medicinal plants in the conditions of Uzbekistan, the preparation of high-quality raw materials from them, and the enrichment of the local flora with new introduced plant species. Within the scope of this science, the level of culturalization of the territorial placement of medicinal plants taking into account their bioecological characteristics, preparation of land for planting, planting, inter-row cultivation, irrigation and mineral nutrition, crop rotation, weed control methods in the cultivation of medicinal plants , formed skills such as the technology of plantation organization, development of computer-technological maps.
