guilty are always afraid

- In case you accuse them of going contrary to the regulations they will be quick to deny involvement claiming that someone of ill will must be falsely accusing them and you will fear prosecuting the case as it will amount to further exposure so try to understand who you are dealing with before exposing what need to remain confidential.

In life what one fears most is what he has been through and it was unpleasant to him or what he have heard being feared by other people who he respect otherwise something that you do not have an idea about you are less likely to care about it.
Any administrator has what he emphasizes on and this is what he fears most so he puts all possible mechanisms to avoid falling in the trap. Whether he openly admits his fears for his area of concern or not should not bother you but you should be able to read the trigger behind his actions.
There are those who associate guiltiness with the1957 thriller novel by British writer James Hadley Chase named “The guilty are afraid.” The novel is set against the background of a rich gangster ridden city on the American Pacific Coast where Lew Brandon, the protagonist, looks for the killer, the antagonist who disposed of his partner Jack Sheppey.
Policemen easily identify criminals; criminals on their part quickly recognize the policemen. When dealing with policemen especially those who take part in investigations they always hide their identity due to the risky nature of their work.
Criminals too do not want to be associated with their work instead they look for some pleasant works to associate with in disguise of their real work.
The policemen are vigilant as they are after some other keen eyed category of people who are always eager to conceal any evidence that may link them with their bad actions.
It is tricky to associate with criminals as they will easily evade the traps set by those who are after them like police and the society in general. Some even lie to their family members about the work they do on daily basis and quickly deny any association with unlawful acts.
Those who involve themselves in unlawful acts are always ready to deny so if you do not have concrete evidence about them do not expect them to accept committing mistakes, they will try to have an innocent look or shift the blame if suspected or caught.
In case you were involved in a deal as two persons only that means that no third person to act as witness be wary of such people who are suspected to be untruthful in their dealings otherwise you will live to regret as they will deny whatever you agreed and you will have no witness to support your case.

Anyone who does what is wrong intentionally but remains uncaught will always be haunted by his actions even when he cannot pinpoint anyone who saw him commit the offence.
Whenever the location he was in is mentioned he gets restless, if the action committed is mentioned even in reference to a case which happened somewhere else he gets disturbed.
Those who go to religious institutions like churches and are asked to confess their sin after getting born again yet have committed crimes they feel bothered as if they would confess their sins publicly itemizing them that could land them to prison yet if they fail to confess they would not be considered as having been forgiven of those sins.
It happens that if someone makes a lot of mistakes may keep doing the same as he no longer considers himself clean so he continues doing what is wrong in the hope that since previous times he has not been caught even this time round he will be safe.
If you are addressing a certain vice and there are some people who come out to strongly oppose you then you need to investigate them to know why they fear the measures that you want to institute.
Putting on a serious face and asking a random question to children who had done a certain wrong despite having warned them you will find many confess why they behave in that manner, others will stay mum but hide their faces from you, another one will start crying repenting the offences committed that
