Uzbekistan-Belarus reforms in professional education

If we look at the conditions and opportunities created for young people in our country, there are many opportunities in every field. For example, in the field of professional education, the work being done on the training of students and young people in professions, the further development of their professional skills and abilities, the implemented measures are creating the basis for the further development of this system.

In particular, on April 29 of this year, a section meeting of the Uzbekistan-Belarus professional education forum was held at the Minsk State Automechanic College named after Academician M.S. Vysotsky in the capital of the Republic of Belarus.

At the meeting of this section, directors of 14 professional educational institutions in different regions of our country and their partners in Belarus, representatives of the Institute for the Development of Professional Education under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, officials of the Belarusian Institute of Professional Education, ministries of the two countries officials attended.

Happily, among our compatriots participating in the meeting of this section is Yusupova Gulnora Quddusovna, the director of the Shaikhontohur district vocational school where I work. If we talk about Shaikhontohur district vocational school, we have the direction of diagnosis and repair of car engines, maintenance and repair of car chassis, service of car electrical and electronic equipment, tailoring, banking or More than a thousand boys and girls are getting education in fields such as cooking and cooking.

The conditions created in our school help students to acquire not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical knowledge.

Uzbekistan-Belarus reforms in professional education

At the meeting of the session held in Belarus, the participants got acquainted with the activities of the educational institution, the conditions created in the educational laboratories, as well as the work being carried out in foreign cooperation in the training of middle-level personnel.

During the meeting of the section, in 14 innovative districts of Uzbekistan, based on the experience of Belarus, new courses in electrical engineering and renewable energy, construction and communal economy, agriculture and food technologies, mechanical engineering and car maintenance specialties were held. Issues of implementation of educational programs were discussed.

At the forum, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Education of Belarus signed the “Road Map” for 2024-2025 on the implementation of cooperation in the development of vocational education, as well as bilateral cooperation documents between about 50 higher and professional educational institutions.

We hope that the experience gained by the participants will serve as an important foundation for the further reform and development of the professional education system in Uzbekistan in the future.
