A wild flower is grown in the bushes of thorns and it is standing tall so itβs a unique plant surrounded by thorns whereby it noticed easily by passersby and itβs grown on the road side. And in this cause the wild flowers in the Lehman language in the current world are marginalized groups who face gender based violence like Androgynous, Albinos and disabled (lame people) etc.
And the thorns surrounding the wild flower are challenges faced by these marginalized groups of people that are discrimination not being employed being picked on, stigmatized, stereotyped, bulling among others
A wild flower is not allowed to shine and yet itβs a plant just like any other plant, this means these marginalized groups of people are not allowed to shine yet are human beings just like other human beings. A wild flower is criticized and bad mouthed because itβs unique and beautiful; anyway people hate what they donβt understand.
Amidst all these social injustices this is what the wild flower laments. Being a wild flower doesnβt mean you violate me.
A wild flower am talking about the marginalized groups.
I cry when am not employed because am disabled (lame people), I cry when am employed but later told to resign if I canβt alter ego because am androgynous, I cry when am discriminated against and not allowed to socialize with other folks and also cry when am bullied because am an albino. I cry when am picked on and stereotyped, I cry when am stigmatized because am androgynous (wild flower). Yes indeed the wild flower has seen days.
Am a wild flower and my uniqueness is my power, am like a tower which is higher and noticed every hour, love me like your lover, and letβs get gender based violence over. Letβs live together and forever. Β whatever, however, never should not let us not to gather and live together because you and I are birds of the feather and one by one we gather, we stronger and we are happily after.
Letβs sensitized the folks, it starts with me, you and us we educate, together we advocate until 100% is our rate, we ignore the negativity they insinuate till we graduate.
