I’m a very passionate person and I like to express myself with emotions, and it so happens that music has been a great outlet of that expression.
Who was your inspiration?
I’m a big follower of Rihanna. Her music, branding and business acumen really inspire me. And Tiwa Savage has had a lot of influence on my music direction. I’m always seeing myself more like her and
hopefully we can work one day.
Did you always make enough in the beginning?
No, it’s not easy starting out but music for me has been more of a passion then a revenue stream.
Who loves your craft, is it youth or all ages?
I would say, I’m mostly followed by women aged 18 to 30 yrs old, that’s according to my stats.
But I have seen situations where I go somewhere and kids jump on my car reciting verses in my music. So we can safely say all ages love my craft.
Have you reached more of the African market or are you local?
For now I’m more locally based, I have pockets of fans in some countries like South Africa, Botswana, Malawi, Namibia and the USA who stream my music and follow me on my social handles and I wish to expand on that fan base.
