In such a case both your presence and absence would mean little to them.
- Your strengths should help you to deepen ties with others as they seek your services rather than them shying away from contracting you for fear that you will aim at ashaming them by proving they are inferior to you in that area.
To achieve accurate knowledge of others, if such a thing were possible, we could only ever arrive at it through the slow and unsure recognition of our own initial optical inaccuracies. When you think of others it is important to note that they too think of you and have opinion about you. Moreover some are unwilling to change their opinion no matter how you behave whenever you interact with them. You too have what you think of others and will bring personal bias whenever you judge them no matter how they behave.
Pride is seen by some as a sign of having found pleasure in the current living situation. Some go ahead and try to imitate such a habit but in real sense it is out of feeling that one is inadequate at the same time thinking that others have not noted so or you are somehow superior to them despite having deficiencies forgetting that everyone has a unique life.
If one is good in music and feels privileged that he can practice it better than the rest around him he forgets that they too have their talents which they can boast of. Furthermore they have their areas of interest apart from the talent and this is not necessarily in your area of choice so you could be living in the same location or interacting regularly but your focus is not only independent but also different.

To the students especially the young ones the teacher who they refer to as an authoritarian the parent may feel that he is the most caring person reason being his visionary ideas coupled with years of experience which the young ones are unable to understand hence unwilling to obey voluntarily but the parents are able to easily understand and be thankful to him for his relentless efforts to guide their kids in the best possible way.
The older generation of students may have varying opinions to the current ones after experiencing some dos and don’ts earlier cautioned about working effectively for them. Culture being a process that requires to be repeated to inculcate it may be hard to train but advantageous once fully learnt.
It is prudent that whenever you fail to understand the reason for certain behaviour by someone you enquire from him before judging him perhaps you may learn what is informing him.
Some years ago I visited a veterinary officer as a calf required to be dehorned. He promised to carry out the operation once he return home from work probably that evening or the following day. It was around the month of March a day passed, a week too and I got unsatisfied with his unfulfilled promise so early in the morning a week later I visited his place so as to query what could have happened. It was then he revealed to me that being a rainy season around that time he could not dehorn the calf as it is unsafe. I felt relieved though saw it wise that he could have informed me earlier about this at the same time knew that it he is still available and ready to serve safe for the weather conditions.
Thinking of workers like medics, teachers, preachers and provincial administrators they provide service to both the mighty and the downtrodden indiscriminately yet most of them belong to the privileged class. Their work does not make them inferior so should the rest of society aim at promoting the welfare of others as doing so would not amount to lowering their premiums.
