- The good training on how to manage affairs is also emulated by the children who through being advised on what to do or by observing what their parents are doing are able to do exactly like their parents hence all plans are well articulated and implemented.

In the second part of his celebrated Spanish opus “Don Quixote” in 1615 popular writer Miguel de Cervantes wrote about a fictional character Sancho Panza where he included the saying “tell me your friends and I will tell you who you are” suggesting that people who are like minded stick together.
Shared behaviours bring people together as they can enjoy the dealings that the other person is involved in.
To know whom a person is you can use his behaviour as this would be a good indicator to show what one is thinking about or a medical psychologist to analyse his way of thinking.
In the bible book of first Samuel chapter 25 Abigail who was wife to ill-natured Nabal saved her husband and entire family from being harmed by David who had vowed to revenge for Nabal had mistreated David’s servants who have been sent by their master to request Nabal to give them whatever he can find for them but Nabal hurled insults to them yet David had protected Nabal’s servants while they were in the field.
She took two hundred loaves of bread, two skins of wine, five dressed sheep, five seahs of roasted grain, a hundred cakes of raisins and two hundred cakes of pressed figs, and loaded them on donkeys. Once she met David she asked for forgiveness and David praised the Lord, the God of Israel, who has sent her that day to meet him. She asked for her to be blessed for her good judgment and for keeping him from bloodshed on that day and from avenging himself with his own hands.
All leaders have their advisors when the latter happen to be knowledgeable enough their boss is left with the work of grand vision, endorsement and dealing with cases which are escalated to him. All the wise boss does is to choose a good team able to handle all issues in their scope and coordinate well with the rest of the teams.
Whenever there is an external invasion in most cases it is not the head of state who goes to the frontline of the battle rather he instructs his military generals to deploy troops, if they are well trained, have a good strategy, are aware of terrain and possesses great moral influence they will return safe having got victory over their rivals. The head of state does not necessarily need to be a trained soldier despite being the chief of armed forces.

Whenever a project is not well thought the rest of family members being active in running their home affairs are able to detect at early stages and recommend necessary changes. Such a family head do not fear about legacy as they trust the capability of the rest of members to carry their vision.
At school if the reliable think tank is not only that of the school head but the rest of teachers are good in both teaching and management of school affairs, their head enjoys an easy time as most of tasks are undertaken by the rest of the teams leaving him with limited roles. Any idea raised is critically reviewed and optimal considerations are made so as to ensure ease in implementation and understanding by all the stake holders.
