It is surprising that some ladies take this as gospel truth and start searching for those they think have such standards forgetting that everyone is created in unique way and however he is should be taken as a wonderful looking. It is important to note that you cannot change your height whether you like it or not. In additional interfering with skin colour will result to health problems so better to take how you look as the ideal.

Those feeling pleasure and the ones enduring pain can attest that much as you can narrate to those around you how you feel they can only imagine but this is not enough as they cannot share the joy with you or relieve your pain so you are the best versed person to express how joyful your occasion is or how painful an issue is then address the matter to yield the desired results.
Malicious people are fond of demoralizing others even on fake issues like stating that you are weak since you are thin though their preference for fat people to thin ones is not necessarily a shared idea so do not rely on them to demoralize you rather appreciate who you are. They too have something that you do not admire yet you do not overemphasize on it.
