Knowledge is a priceless wealth, it is not an easy task to acquire it. Scholars compared learning to digging a well with a needle. A teacher has a great role in a person becoming the owner of such a priceless treasure. That’s why our people didn’t use the saying “The teacher is as great as your father” for nothing. Our past greats and ancestors knew the rights of teachers and teachers, deeply understood their value and treated them accordingly. After all, every profession finds its way in the hands of a teacher. There is no person who has matured without the lessons of a teacher! In all times, people have respected the services of teachers who gave their knowledge, talent and life for the perfection of humanity, and they have honored themselves.
The beauty of life, well-being, manners, besides, the development of our perspective is due to the teacher’s work. Abdullah Avloni, a famous pedagogue of his time, wrote that “the happiness of every nation, the peace and happiness of states depends on the good education of young people.” Of course, this is not self-evident. They say that a teacher is like a gardener. How many generations will enjoy the harvest of the seedlings he raised. The responsible, but honorable professions of teachers and coaches can be compared to a torch.
The teacher is like a sun that illuminates our path. This word has a deep place in the heart of every person. Why, he is the great one who gives us the right advice in any situation, at any time, and supports us. For this reason, our teachers are a precious and priceless blessing for us.
Temur laid his head at the feet of his eternal teacher,
The teacher is like the Sun and the Moon of the universe.
Where the light of knowledge has stepped,
Roads to the palace of justice, loyalty, love,
The step of the teacher is blessed, the teacher is as great as your father

They are the only guardians who spare their lives for us and never tire of sharing their knowledge. So, how can we forget this great man. Because our grateful first president Islam Abduganiyevich Karimov also said that “If there is a school, the greatest among buildings, the greatest and most honorable profession is teaching and coaching.”
I still remember the first time I stepped on the threshold of the school. At that time, the person who held my little hands, gave all his love and introduced me to life is my teacher. The years went by. We also grew up by the hour and started aiming for big goals.
Our biggest goal was to enter a higher education institution. We faced many difficulties along the way. Undoubtedly, the teacher accompanied us on this journey. I didn’t know anything that I remember that year. Entering a university was my only goal. In this way, my mentor F.Fn, docent, who never gets tired of giving me his knowledge, helped me mentally and emotionally. Otabayevich was Ishakjon Ismailov. When I went to that person, I knew almost nothing. But the tireless work of the teacher and the education he gave me paid off. Finally, I was awarded the honorable name of student happiness. From the time I reached this level to the present, if I have been successful, it is all due to the efforts of my teacher Ismailov Is’haqjon Otabayevich. I am indebted to this man. I can’t thank you enough. This person rediscovered me. He is the person who motivated me to move towards new goals and new goals. I had a very high respect for the teacher and I sincerely admired this teacher. It has been one of my biggest dreams to follow their path and gain knowledge like a teacher. Ustozim Ismailov Ishaqjon Otaboyevich was born in 1978 in Koshkopir district. Associate professor of the Department of Uzbek Literature of UrDu, candidate of philological sciences. He is the author of about 90 scientific articles, the monograph “Persian heritage of Ogahi”, the textbook “Uzbek literature”. Currently, they are conducting scientific research on the topic of “Traditions of classical poetics in Khorezm’s epics” for their doctoral dissertation. Our teachers never cease to be valuable and respected for us. They are honorable people who do not stop spreading the light of knowledge for us, even if they lose their lives and health. If it were not for these people, we would not have this knowledge. We would not have found our way of life. These are the teachers we seek to learn from. Every day, every second, we aim for new goals. Our teachers accompany us on this difficult path. The path of knowledge is so difficult that it requires a lot of strength and patience from a person. They are the ones who follow and guide us on this path. In conclusion, dear readers! As we embark on such an arduous journey, one day we will reach our goals, but on that day, let’s not forget our teacher who worked hard for us.
