Abstract
This article talks about the pedagogical and psychological features of forming a sense of professional responsibility in adolescent students.

Uzbekistan, which is joining the ranks of the developed countries of the world, has achieved many achievements by applying the practical and theoretical work carried out in this field to the life of society. Among the many issues in the field of professional psychology is the issue of creating textbooks and training manuals.
A teacher is, first of all, an educator who feels responsible, an experienced speaker, a promoter of culture and enlightenment. The teacher should be able to deeply understand the nature of the changes taking place in the social life of the society, the socio-economic reforms being carried out, and be able to objectively evaluate them and provide correct and reasonable information to the students in this regard.
One of the main pedagogical and psychological features of the formation of professional responsibility in adolescent students is the development of self-efficacy. Self-efficacy means belief in one’s ability to successfully complete small tasks and overcome challenges. Developing self-efficacy in the context of professional responsibility involves students’ confidence in their ability to take ownership of their actions and make responsible decisions about their chosen careers.
Create opportunities for success Offering challenging but achievable tasks and assignments will allow them to succeed and build confidence in their abilities.
Offer Help and Guidance Providing guidance and support through counseling helps students overcome difficulties and solve problems. Encouraging open communication and helping when needed fosters a sense of responsibility.
According to the results of the study of the importance of improving the personal qualities of teachers in the process of professional training by teachers and students, it is necessary to have such qualities as loyalty to one’s country and people, sharing the character of loving children, striving to consistently improve one’s knowledge and skills. It is necessary to take into account the ability of students to adapt to psychological and pedagogical influences.
Khudoyberdiyeva Mukhlisa Shodmonkul, was born in 2007 in Khavos district, Syrdarya region. Currently, he is a student of the 10th A-class of the 25th school of the Mirzaabad district.
The winner of the 1st place in the rhythmic gymnastics competition held in Syrdarya region, a member of the “Young Mathematicians” club.
