“People’s health is closely related to external conditions,” said our grandfather Abu Ali Ibn Sino. Man always lived in peace and harmony with nature, nourished it and created things necessary for life. From the first steps of civilization, nature changed under the influence of man. This can be clearly seen through the three main periods of interaction between society and nature.
In the first stage, human life was completely dependent on natural conditions. During this period, people were engaged in harvesting and hunting and did not have any impact on nature. However, I had a question, How do people still affect nature today?
There are many answers to this question. Today’s era can be called the age of industrial and scientific-technological discoveries. Humanity is developing successfully, manual labor has been replaced by machines and automated.
As the population increases, its needs also increase. As a result, the volume of production increases, more resources are extracted from nature. This leads to an increase in the level of impact on nature and a decrease in its ability to heal itself. In other words, nature is something that people like and want. It does not have time to restore the things it consumes.
This causes the appearance of environmental problems that threaten human life and their further intensification. According to scientists, excessive pollution of the environment as a result of human economic activity can have worse consequences than any war. Air and pollution of water basins and changes in the composition of the soil resulting in the unusability of large areas of land may eventually endanger human survival.
Nature can heal and restore itself only when 1 part of it is damaged by humans. What are the above-mentioned problems in our country? As they say, “You can’t grow without rice,” there are certainly such problems. problems related to waste water are of course related to water.
Balancing the ecosystem around Haydarkol, problems of water shortage in the southern regions are examples of this. But the global environmental problem of our country is the Arol problem. A sharp decrease in the water of the Arol Sea is also negative for the economy of the Arolboy region.
The importance and global importance of solving the island problem was also emphasized by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev in his speech at the 72nd General Assembly of the United Nations. Examples of work to improve the environmental situation in our country in recent years include waste processing, solar, wind and biological It is possible to mention such things as expanding the use of energy, hormonizing old trees, turning thickets into groves.
Another huge project of ecological importance is the construction of the Nuclear Power Plant in Uzbekistan in cooperation with Russia. Because nuclear energy is one of the most environmentally friendly types of energy, prevents the release of large amounts of harmful gases into the air. 3.7 billion cubic meters of gas will be saved per year with the commissioning of the nuclear power plant.
Actions are taken and laws are adopted. In fact, environmental protection is not only the responsibility of the state, perhaps it should be the sacred duty of each of us. if he does, a prosperous lifestyle will begin to form in the state.
