- Thinking about norms you will realise that they are expected code of behaviour in the society taken as averages of acceptable good behaviour among the human beings. The process of setting norms involves taking into consideration what other people normally behave.
- Man has a lot of imaginations which he implements to translate them to the physical world. Not everything imaginable is implementable exactly the way it is reason being there are a lot of imperfections in the practical world that is why it is advisable that whatever one thinks about, it is important to provide a room of variance when it comes to implementations.

Man is a social being. He is happy in midst of others. Some people like friendly interactions with the rest of the people while others prefer to be in midst of other people even if they remain silent. A society is that persistent interaction among group of individuals who share social territory.
Once a human being gives birth to a new born there is an attachment that is noticeable among the baby, mother and the rest of the society. The newborn baby would recognize the mother through vision, smell, hearing and touch. All these are ways of attachment of baby to the mother
Looking back before a baby is born he is able to notice when the mother is happy and he too become happy and when the mother is worried and he too feel worried.
The baby is a product of the culture he is brought up in. When he hear the mother talking he too tries to speak, when the mother walk he tries to crawl if he cannot walk until that time he manages to stand upright and walk.
Generally human beings do not stop to learn from fellow human beings and all that is around throughout their lives. Anything done by others that they feel is important they too try to do it in fact perfect it. Through such processes we enjoy improved standards as efficiency is enhanced.
In a bid to respect the work done by others especially among academicians they recognize anyone who made any discovery. They emphasize on the need to avoid plagiarism so as to recognize inventors and encourage innovation. By doing this there is comparison of what one has discovered or improved with what others have done, documented and disseminated.

It is difficult to know exactly what one is thinking about until that time he demonstrates it enabling you to compare his works with that of others or with his previous works or with his explanations of what he intended to produce.
When you compare your work with that of others you can know whether you are better than them in various aspects. If they are better than you then you can learn from them.
Comparison with others should not make you love or hate them depending on your performance in relation to theirs rather you should respect them knowing that they are important in your life and seek for more ways to cooperate with them so as to make your lives better.
What may be difficult to you could be simple to the other person and vice versa. What you think is important someone may introduce to you another product that is more important so there is a lot that you can achieve through interaction with the rest members of the society.
