The Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) recently welcomed the Vice President of Global Exhibitions for a high-level courtesy visit aimed at fostering international collaborations in the real estate sector. The discussions focused on the upcoming American Property Exhibition (AMEX2025), set to take place from September 3rd to 5th in New York.
A key highlight of the meeting was Global Exhibitions’ plan to organize a dedicated Kenya Exhibition Area at AMEX2025. The initiative targets 25 Kenyan companies in the real estate industry, offering them an opportunity to showcase their projects to global investors. The exhibition is expected to attract a diverse pool of investors keen on exploring Kenya’s growing real estate market, reinforcing the country’s position as an emerging investment hub.
