Nakuru County Governor Lee Kinyanjui issuing Title Deeds to some of Kongasis trading centre plot owners.

Owners of commercial plots in Kongasis trading centre, Eburru Mbaruk Ward can now invest and develop their land after receiving their title deeds yesterday.
Nakuru County Governor Lee Kinyanjui issued 176 title deeds to the owners.
The move is expected to spur growth and reduce land disputes as well as land grabbing in the area.
“My administration continues to repossess public land grabbed by private developers across Nakuru,” the governor said during the event.
He continued, “We are working with the Ministry of Lands to settle the protracted Oljorai land dispute and we will soon announce the way forward”.
