In today’s world, many of us struggle to express our emotions, feelings, and thoughts. Instead, we suppress them, lacking the practice to channelize our feelings. If we knew our emotional quotient (EQ) level, we could better manage our emotions and behaviors. Writing can be a powerful tool to vent out our feelings and emotions, freeing our hearts from burden.
Through writing, we can undergo a transformation, shifting from frustration to calmness. I personally believe that writing is essential for emotional well-being. As a child, I used to scribble on leaves and write diary entries to express my feelings. This habit helped me find pleasure and clarity.
It’s time for us to recognize the importance of writing and encourage others to do the same. Let’s not be swayed by external validation; instead, let’s focus on nurturing our creativity. Children should be encouraged to express their talents in various ways, balancing studies with extracurricular activities.
Life is a mix of joys and sorrows. By managing our time effectively and persevering through challenges, we can reach the peak of success. With numerous opportunities available, let’s grab them and make the most of them.
Children should not be a frog in the well, instead they should come to express their feelings in many ways.
