Rules and laws change, for person place and time
After attaining power speak and behave gently
walk, talk, look, and heart should be divine
Once soft and gentle person may turn to be a terror
They Forget who they were earlier
They point fingers, and claim you are at falt
They are Aware of loopholes, and how to escape the fall,
They treat others with unkindness manner
With No sympathy, no empathy to all
But true leadership is not about treating all unkindly
But It’s about kindness, compassion, and gentle light,
Treat all with equality, without partiality
Because no chair is permanent, and no one stays foreve
Leadership’s not an easy role to play,
Only kind and gentle leaders will be remodel
