Saulan’s personal experiences with racism, personal development, and mental health have inspired her program, “Five Simple Steps to Transform Your Life,” which shares tools that have proven effective for her. Beyond her professional pursuits, Saulan is a creative soul who explores her artistic side through “The Artist Way” concept by Julia Cameron. She has also developed a passion for textile arts, creating sustainable items from recycled coffee sacks through her business, The Kofi Sacque. As an artist, she prefers portraits, people, and animals.
Saulan’s academic pursuits are equally impressive, with training in Cross-Cultural Training, Counseling, Diversity Management Leadership, and Community Leadership. She has also completed specialized training in Leadership in High-Stress Workplaces with the University of Sydney’s Coaching Psychology Unit.
