Kibaki convoy

The Late Hon. Mwai Kibaki will be remembered for the change that he has brought to our country Kenya through his achievements.
He was a determined leader who would wish to see his country and his people prosper and have an enduring life. The devotion of the late President Kibaki to his work brought a lot of contribution and development to our country Kenya.
For instance, in 2002 when he was elected has the third president of the republic of Kenya, in that he recorded a great socio-economic and political progress. On the economic front, the late President Kibaki governance led to the liberalization of the economy where some industries such as telecommunications expanded rapidly.
In addition, the late President Kibaki governance contributed to infrastructure development in transport where he built the biggest highway in East Africa, the Thika Super Highway which begun in January 2009 and was completed during his time in power with its inauguration in November 2012.
Through his leadership, the late President Kibaki launched the Free Education Programme after he took his office as president in 2003 where he also abolished the primary school fees. He was able to allocate each public school grants base on student enrolment in that it allowed them to buy textbooks and meet other operational costs.
The late President Kibaki really opened door for the homeless children who had lost hope in education due to lack of finances. The late President Kibaki was able to achieve and introduce the constituencies Development Fund (CDF) introduced in 2003 that has of the entire years, fund ended education programme in all the parts of the East Africa Country.
Truly, the late President Kibaki is a leader whose foot-steps leadership are to be emulated by other leaders for the change and legacy that he has lived behind.
