ADDRESS INSECURITIES IN UNIVERSITIES TO SAVE LIVES

• Parents, University fraternity and the entire society at large have been bearing the pain of all these unjust acts. Young people who are the future leaders of the society are killed aimlessly. It leads to gaps in the society which will never be filled.
• Cases of some of the students being raped to death is caused by a high rate of insecurity around places of residence where students reside. Uknown goons and criminals have been accused of robbing, attacking students when they are coming from school late at night.

Currently, universities have turned into garden of immoralities whereby students have been loosing their lives as a result of being poisoned, fighting over love issues among other social Injustices.

Some students have been raped and killed around their vicinities while they are coming back from School. The number of deaths of students in universities has been increasing tremendously. Some of the students have been found dead at their places of residence within the universities. Causes of their deaths have not yet been discovered.

Youths especially University and college students have been engaging in celebrations popularly known as “bash”. Examples of these celebrations are birthday parties, relationships anniversaries which are conducted in places where they stay outside school premises. These are the places where others take advantage to kill their fellow friends by poisoning as a result of enmity.

It’s high time that the government need to enforce security around places where University students are living. Street lights should be constructed around universities to ensure there is safety at night.

All students should avoid walking late at night in order to protect their lives. They should limit all their activities during odd hours. It’s their responsibility to be protecting their lives.  More awareness should also be bb created on the dangers of walking during late hours. They should also hire motorbikes of People who are trustworthy. Some of these people pretend to be Boda boda riders but they are the thugs who attack students during late hours.

Celebrations by students should also be burned inside school premises. Owners of rental houses should also burn celebrations inside their premises because these are the places where others take advantage to kill their friends.

Action by the rule of law should be taken against victims of murder cases. They should be punished severely to act like an example being lifetime imprisonment.

All University and college students should change their ways of life. They should avoid visiting places where there are gatherings for unnecessary reasons. Each and every one has a responsibility to protect his or her life. Youths! Let’s be very careful with our lives. Never trust a friend.
