Are we going to make a right decision in this year’s election or will we still mess up

Worth Noting:
- For the past years been complaining of being led by corrupt government, yet we forget that at one time we heard a chance to choose gold but because silver was too available, we thought we better have silver than GOLD which needed a process to have.
- I think a time has come where we must stop pointing fingers to the leadership because we are the one who chose them!
- Why have we been waking up early in the morning to go and stand in the long queue being burned on with the sun or sometimes being rained on to cast our votes only to end up suffering? Why do we accept to carry the huge burden of poor economy after every election? Are we too young to make decisions ourselves?
Very soon, we will be out to cast our votes to choose the leaders we believe are fit to embrace our problems and provide solutions.
We will be choosing the leaders we believe will be there for us and unload the heavy burden of poor economy that Kenyans have carried it on their shoulders for long.
But we’ve been voting severally ever since 1964 when Kenya became a republic state. How comes there has been none fit to unload this tiresome burden of poor economy from the Kenyans?. Why is it that during campaigns the leaders tend to be more real but after we’ve chosen them we still suffer? Are we the one messing up as voters or are the leaders failing to take up responsibility?
What is that we ought to do as Kenyans to ensure that this time round the decisions are we going to make will ensure that we don’t fall again in the tough economy especially at such a time when Covid-19 has already shaken us?
This is not the first to we are going to vote, but then how are we going to make this election different from other elections?
The economy is no longer bearable especially for the lowly in the society who hardly takes two meals a day.
There are many challenges we are facing as the country whose remedy is embedded on good leadership. Challenges like corruption and increased living standards needs only s hearty leader who is ready to the spears and shoot the enemy of corruption.
Why are we making decisions that later ends up hurting us? Like the issue of corruption, no one ought to complain that our government is corrupt because just from the little corruption we normally do then there emerges matured corruptions that really eating our economy mercilessly.
We need to understand that election is the only microphone we can use to speak exactly what we want in our country and the kind of leaders we want; who are not selfish but selfless to the point of lifting even the lowly, those already forgotten in the society and remind them that they are still an important aspect in the country. But why are we giving ‘other people’ our microphones to speak on our behalf when we are in position to speak?

Let’s understand that election is the is the only door that can admit everybody; regardless of theirs status to fight for what they want because Mwananchi is the only person who is in a better position to explain the consequences of poor economic state because she carries this burden alone and those who ought to help are never willing.
Let’s understand that we’ve got the capacity to fight and get what exactly we need. And we don’t need money to fight for our goodness as the society, we don’t need weapons; all we need is to cast those votes to the right person.
The little to August 9 we have is enough for us to sit down and analyze where the rain begun beating us untill were too wet to upto day to choose what we want.
According to the recent estimation from the, 22.1 million voters have registered for election; we are more than enough to get the change we need. Lets not wait to humiliated by unbearable economy just because we wasted the opportunity time we had to make the right decisions. Eve got all we need to get what we need in future, let’s not be blinded
