I’m dancing with the devil
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
My head is on his shoulder
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
The very soul of evil
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
But I think I’m getting bolder
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
He’s got his voice in my head
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
You see the little rabbit
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
I heard him say you’re brain dead
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
Little rabbit got bad habit
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
Remember when you were young
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
Your grandma said some bad things
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
And you had to hold your tongue
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
Boy you let them pull your strings
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
Remember how your teacher
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
She said you’re such a dumb kid
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
The preacher damned your future
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
Don’t forget the wrongs they did
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
Remember who you are son
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
Let the chicken go and roost
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
It’s just what ought’ be done
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
Here now son, a little boost
Tap-a-rat-a-tat-tat
