A bishop has come out to call for peace and calm as the Nation awaits Supreme Court ruling on Monday on the presidential petition.
Bishop David Munyiri Thagana of Glory Outreach Assembly in a news Interview underscored the need for calm and urged Kenyans to maintain peace, love and unity.
“I want to take this opportunity to highlight the importance of peace and togetherness even as we wait for the Supreme Court to deliver its verdict on Monday. Let us observe restraint because our Nation is great,” the Bishop observed.
On the same breath Bishop Thagana thanked the church for praying for the Nation for a peaceful election that was devoid of skirmishes.
“We should remain steadfast and continue to pray for our country for prosperity,” the Bishop urged.
