Clarity of conscience is paramount in decision making

• In any organisation the vision holder may behave differently from the rest of the members. Those who believe in democracy will argue that he is a dictator and lone ranger but over time he will succeed reason being he is the pioneer, he is clear in his mind of what he projected at the time of conception of the idea.
• He may be unable to clearly communicate his vision to the rest of the members but that does not make him to lose the vision. He is crystal clear in his mind what he wants and at times the idea may be unique so the rest of members may be unable to figure out what is the expected outcome.

In a deal between two persons there is no witness. If either of the parties involved decides to go against the agreement they may be engaged in a bitter disagreement with the truthful party aware that what he is saying is the correct and his conscience is clear while the other party is fully aware of deceit he is practicing.

In bible the book of 1^st kings chapter 3 when two women approached king Solomon wishing him to establish who is the mother of the living child as the other child had died the one who was not the biological mother of the living child asked for the child to be given to her failure to which he should be split into two while the real mother asked for the living child to be given to her and pleaded that if this condition is not met the child should not to be killed better he be given to the other woman.

Both women in their conscience knew who the biological mother of the living kid is so their decisions were intentional. Upon listening to both women King Solomon was able to judge who the biological mother was as he knew the one wishing the child to remain alive no matter the decision had deeper connections with the kid.

A house builder is aware of the structure he intends to fund. He may lack technical expertise that is why he seeks the assistance of a civil engineer but the latter’s role should be limited to advising the project owner on requirements to professionally come up with such a structure.

When a farmer is training his crops he is the one aware of what shape he wish them to have at the end of the exercise. Any critic should first seek to know what his plan is then advice from that background.

When dealing with a toddler anyone who treats him well he will openly show whereas anyone who mistreats him you will see him fleeing upon sighting him. The child full of fresh memories is able to consciously make the decision on who to deal with and how to deal with him.

People are fond of spreading rumours about others at times on negative issues. If this happen even if one is not willing to public counteract on what is being said about him he should not feel afraid that his name is in bad light as he knows the truth. In course of time the rumours will fade away and truth will come to light.
