Content creation has become a viable solution

Content creation has become one of the most time consuming and demanding functions inside many organizations. It is rapidly growing with a great number of youth engaging in it as days go by as a means of creating employment for themselves avoiding trusts of being unemployed.. Content creation came to life through social media platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram and youtube where previously users would just make videos for the sake of becoming more popular by gaining more likes and followers. The number of users kept growing at a high rate making entrepreneurs and organizations to see an opportunity to advertise their business especially targeting the online population.

This gave the youth an opportunity to create job opportunities from the popularity on such platforms where they are termed as ‘Celebrities’ who become popular based on their creativity and talents that attract followers. The online celebrities would advertise product or services offered by different organizations and since they have an influence on their followers, the entrepreneurs  in return would get consumers. It is described that content creation enables youth to use personal strengths which includes: great sense of humor, good eye for composition, talent in dancing, acting and so on.

Content creation has become a relief to the unemployed youths who can make money by the use of their talents and creativity that would keep other users get entertained, motivated or even educated. They can be employed as advertising agents or work as freelancers. This shows how content creation is diverting the labor market to becoming more of digital marketing hence many organizations are now employing content creators who would advertise and sell out their businesses to the adverse online population which is immensely growing day by day.

Parents should support their children when they engage themselves with content creation as it has now become a career to the comedians, actors, dancers. Content creation is not a waste of time rather when it is invested to wisely one can be earning instead of engaging in criminal activities due to being unemployed.
