In this 21st century the issue of school drop-outs and unemployment is no longer new because the increase in unemployment has been so great and the reason may not be that one government has failed to employ all its academics but even the current system of life has changed far from being a wave. The elite is growing every day but also the employment of the people is now being taken over by the technological revolution for example in the past people were supposed to be hired to cut tickets but now tickets are cut by the machine so only one person has to manage the machine.
Some leaders, especially politicians, have been pushing for university graduates to become self-employed after graduation and not to rely on government employment and at the end of the day the mistake seems to be the graduate’s lack of self-employment but in reality it is not true. for a university graduate it is not easy for him because more than ten years in the classroom he is prepared to be hired do you think one day will change the attitude he was built for ten years? The government should put in place a student system from primary school to university where the environment will at least be friendly to self-employment because the foundation will have built it up, for example a person who has completed his teaching career is prepared to teach now how does he finish self-employment? opening a tuition center is still a challenge because now the government encourages students to focus more on the classroom and not on additional teaching centers so it becomes difficult to use the profession to self-employ and self-employ in other non-academic matters. the student was not given the grounds from earlier.
The government through the education curriculum should put the lessons of teaching life outside the profession in theory and practice for example the existence of the subject of life and self-reliance where the student should be taught different skills to deal with different environments and his profession for example as a teacher to teach how he can adapt to the environment without being unemployed so he should be given these skills as a way to start a small business and how to grow the business and at the end of the day he should be given a practical test by running a school project or creating innovation for this project. .
Many students still believe that self-employment is poverty which is why most of them do not even think about self-employment and it is not their fault to think so it is because in class they were not told the truth that there is unemployment and living life out of work that is why every graduate cries out for employment. Most likely, graduates who are given even more capital will be unable to be commercially independent because self-education is not taught in the classroom. .
The government should make it clear to students early on that employment is now the privilege of the few and again for some cadres and should make clear those cadres and for those cadres whose jobs are less likely to be reduced college enrollment should be taken fewer to avoid overcrowding. The issue of self-employment is currently being addressed as a campaign for students because the status of graduates is not very friendly on the streets and there is still a need for government to intervene by changing education curricula.
