As the tracks helps the trains,
As the navigators help the pilots,
Focus helps to reach our destination smoothly.
An eagle focuses on its prey from the far end
Ekalavya was the best example of focus.
Doing puzzles, vedic maths and answering riddles, helps improve focus.
