Mary Munyua, manager of sales of marketing at GPC

With the rainy season being here with us a local company dealing with manufacture of fertilizer by the name of GPC has come to the rescue of farmers.
Kenya generally imports fertilizer from overseas.
Mr Joe Kariuki is the Chief Executive Officer of GPC.
“Our fertilizer is the best in terms of both price and availability. It’s locally sourced from the rich diatomaceous silica deposits naturally occurring. It benefits crops and balances the pH of the soil. More to that is that our Fertilizer aids the soil with water retention at a time when water has become a precious commodity.”
Mary Munyua is the manager of sales of marketing at GPC.
“We are urging farmers to use our fertilizer, firstly because it’s organic, rich and locally sourced. It’s also very much affordable with a 25kg bag going for 1,700. Our Fertilizer is ideal for both planting and top dressings.”
The fertiliser is available at all National Cereals and Produce Board Depots.
