Worth Noting:
- The great work by the teachers informs the opinion of the students attracting them to wish to be teachers in the future.
- In case majority of teachers are harsh or intimidating many of their students would neither like to associate with the them nor wish to become teachers in future.
- It is more than 60 years since Kenya gained independence but in my home location there are still many stories of colonial chiefs who shaped the lifestyle of residents then and their impact has lasted up to today especially one who emphasized on need for every boy child to attend school and every homestead to have a toilet.
A great man shows his greatness by the way he treats little men….………. Thomas Carlyle.
Going around the estate or in villages where people live in ancestral lands making them to know each other or families you would find some people erecting big brick and mortar fences and employing several security guards not that anyone has stolen from them but it is because they live in fear of thieves possibly due to their poor relationship with other people making them to fail to trust their neighbours support in case of invasion.
There are other people who have big compounds with many chairs or well-kept grass where visitors sit as they receive numerous of them on daily basis. They do not necessarily need to employ security personnel to be guarding them as those in their social network are willing to stand by them at all times.
A domestic worker is important in your home especially if you work outside the home only to retire in the evening to sleep, clean clothes and meet the rest members of the family.
Usually their wages is far much less than those of the boss but their responsibilities are crucial and may involve taking care of young ones, cleaning and cooking. When you employ workers of that category and decide to mistreat them owing to the junior positions that they occupy high are chances that they would reciprocate the same to the young ones who would think it is the way of life.
On contrary if you treat the domestic workers well they would develop great liking of you, would wish to work for you for a long time thus avoid anything that will displease you so they will take good care of your young ones with great respect as they are contented with the parents.
In many societies the teachers are one of the most respected categories of people especially in rural areas. Not only loved due to their job security, predictable working hours and long holidays but mainly due their great transformative work of educating the learners.
It is a big deal to teach someone who has never held a pen how to write, speak new languages and train them about hygiene something perhaps they have not heard from anyone else as well as work organisation.
It is human nature to wish to be like the most progressive person whom they have met in life or heard about no wonder in some areas the teachers or priests being in public domain where they interact with young ones are role model to many as they wish to be like them.

These initiatives cut across people of all calibers so no one can claim that he was underrated due to his position in the society.
In a single extended family you may find three brothers each with his family but being treated differently by their kids. A visitor may hate some and like others as there is high likelihood that the one who cared for his young ones cultivated the culture of trust with them and encouraged them to love him something that will manifest even at old age while the one who mistreated his family as they grew up made them develop dislike for him and are likely to abandon him at later stages in life.
Each of them is reaping from what he sow. It is a good culture for offsprings to support their parents more so at old age. On the other hand the parents should be cautious especially at the formative stages of their kids to ensure they model what they would like to see in future.
There are people who are friendly to you just because you are a colleague at work or social club but the day they get promotion at work and become more senior than you or their business expand than yours they become a toxic to you not only belittling you but all manner of abuse as a show of might.
They are ingenuine to you as they cannot wish you to climb the social ladder so that you do not dominate them. Not that you can mistreat them only that their mind is configured to see life in a competitive plane rather than a creative plane. They fail the humanity test where they are not humane they operate under the rule of jungle which dictates survival for the strongest.
