Human relations are the greatest component of man's life

- All over the world majority of political leaders happen to be successful business men and women who owns big companies whether in manufacturing or service sectors, large tracts of land where they practice agriculture but their happiness in controlling such vast wealth is never enough until that time they are offered positions to lead people especially elected positions.

In dictatorial regimes the leader’s word is the law any deviation from his instructions is taken as rebellion with the next course of action being punishment. Under such regimes the opinions of the subjects do not count as far as their master is concerned no matter how life transforming for betterment an idea may be. The boss has a know it all attitude and everyone is made aware of this.
A look from a distance at the relationship between the ruler and his subjects you would see it as good and full of peace, unity and discipline but a genuine talk to the commoners you would hear stories of bitter people who may want to be given an ear to air their suggestions but full of fear that any such attempt would lead to punishment from the ruler of the land.
At domestic level you will realise there are parents who do not entertain any suggestion from their kids, their word is law. They do not have much talk with their kids and domestic workers what they do is just to give directions. There is a lot of obedience due to fear of repercussions. Everyone spend most of his time alone while at home for fear that in case of discontented with his boss actions and he shares this with his colleague if the later reports him to the boss he will be punished.
Guards and those who do security work play a vital role in the society by safeguarding people and their properties. When left alone like in a place like a forest where they spend time alone only to return to their homes after their duties day in day out they end up knowing a lot about the operations of the wild, characters of both animals and plants but lacks the humanity aspect where they can talk to someone and embrace them in times of success or comfort them in times of challenge.

Politics can be said to be noisy but people like it that way as their day never becomes boring with every incident capable of changing the political landscape so they need someone to be keen of what he is doing, where he is doing it and how he is doing. It is more of perception.
In religious leadership where there is a lot of interaction between the leadership and the followers even if the leader retires he remains a source of guidance to the current leaders as well as the followers. Rarely would you see such leaders wanting to stay away from public even after retirement.
A home with children especially if the owners of that home are old people perhaps the grandparents of these kids there are a lot of noise from the kids as they play and fight almost every minute but the grand parents are always happy as their have a lot of hope for the continuity of their family. They are always ready to teach these kids the values they would to be entrenched in the family. Even the strict grandparents to other people they are usually kind to their grandkids especially when these grandkids are of young age.
Male female relationships are some of the tricky issues to control as when two people are in love controlling how they will conduct themselves is a difficult task they become like young kids who fights and reunites within a day, who want to be with each other almost all the time. These shows how powerful human relations are.
A partner who has gone separate ways after divorce finds it difficult when they return to the house and fails to find someone to talk to as he used to before the divorce. You will find such a person preferring to late while getting home to minimize the time spent alone. That is how important human relations are.
Much as there may be misunderstanding in human relations, interacting allows space for growth of ideas. The interactions reduce boredom as a lot is expected to happen at any time both favourable and unfavourable in terms of your relationship.
