withered plant dry and dead in the desert
will I see this life again
will I breath at all
will I remember you any more
if it withers…
will my love in you dwell again
will my flesh be remembered
will my friends tonguetwister my deeds
if it withers ……
will hope call upon my success
will validity comes to reality
will my vision be heard any more
if it withers …..
will the grave tempt to vomit me back
will the soils tighten my flesh or will it hold it loosely
will the ground swallow me or will it disdain me
if it withers……
how will workmate tell about me..
how will churchmate tell about me..
how will classmates tell about me ..
what about the society itself
will it admit or it will scorn me by tough tongues
what about my kin
how will it narrate my flesh
will it judge me with sympathy
will my inner me have mercy on my physical body
if it withers …
×××××××××
If it withers…
You will be gone forever
You won’t see us
A memory of us will be lost
And i will miss you
If it withers…
I cling to the love we shared
I will keep the memories we had together
As your friend I will miss you
If it withers….
You will be gone but your name won’t be erased from our tongues
You will be our daily tale
Our children will bare your name.
And we will miss you😭
If it withers….
I will pray for perfect rest
I will plead for internal peace
I will wish you rest with Angels
And I will miss you😢
