The Conprofessioni team with Kenyan government officials yesterday

Officials of a confederation representing the liberal professionals in Italy has been in the country for the last week where they have actively engaged various stakeholders.
The Italian Confederation of Liberal Professionals, commonly known as Conprofessioni started consultative meetings on Friday last week with the engagements ending yesterday.
The team, led by their President Gaetano Stella started the business tour in Nairobi where they had a Networking Dinner that was graced by among others, Italian Ambassador to Kenya Roberto Natalie.
They team has been having Round Table forums with various groups and individuals in the capital city and also in tourism destinations in Amboseli Serena Lodge where they had a team building under the stars.
The Founder and Chief Executive Officer or Nairobi based Jahari PR firm Mr Hez Gikang’a was among the people who led some of the panel discussions.
As part of the winding up activity, yesterday, a team from Conprofessioni
paid a courtesy call to Mr Shadrack Mwadime, the Principal Secretary for Labour and Skills Development.
They had a consultative meeting where they discussed various issues of mutual partnership.
The meeting focused on exploring opportunities for collaboration aimed at significantly enhancing skills mobility and creating additional job opportunities for Kenyans.
Both sides noted that these partnerships are not merely theoretical; they signify a concrete commitment to unlocking new avenues for professional growth and facilitating international labour mobility.
By joining forces, the PS observed, Kenya seeks to make a meaningful impact on its talented workforce, ensuring that individuals are well-equipped to thrive in an increasingly globalized job market.
He further expressed optimism about the potential outcomes of this collaboration, highlighting the positive changes it could bring to communities and the economy at large. “Together, we can build a brighter future for all Kenyans,” he stated, underscoring the importance of collective efforts in fostering professional development and economic growth.
As these discussions progress, the commitment to enhancing skills mobility and job creation remains a priority, promising a brighter outlook for Kenya’s workforce in the global arena.
