Retiree President Mwai Kibaki’s son Jimmy yesterday met with former Vice President and Wiper Party Leader Dr Kalonzo Musyoka.
The two who met at Musyoka’s Karen office in Nairobi deliberated on several issues among them strengthening political working relationship.
When contacted, Jimmy Kibaki described the meeting as very fruitful and fulfilling adding that it was just a beginning of things to come.
“Yes, we had a meeting in Karen where we discussed several issues, key amongst them our strong personal and political working relationship” Jimmy Kibaki said.
Mr. Kibaki who is also The New Democrats (TND) political party Deputy Party leader didclosed that he has always admired Mr. Kalonzo’s moderate political style and strong Christian-based values, as well as the sincere support he gave to President Mwai Kibaki as his Vice-President.
The two leaders committed themselves to working together and doing everything in their power to ensure peace and stability in Kenya now, and in the years to come.
