- We should not only be concerned with the strengths of our masters but also their weaknesses then make deliberate efforts to boost the strengths as well as try to avoid exaggerating the weaknesses. If you are unable to know the weaknesses of your master then be aware that you do not fully know him and deal with him cautiously as you may rub him in the improper way.
- Doing what you master loves most in any way no matter how simple it may look will earn you more loyalty and will be valued by him more than other straining tasks you may have undertaken.
To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize ………..Voltaire.

A story is being narrated over and over about a gardener who major role was to take care of trees in the boss’s compound. Proper carrying out of his duties made the boss to love his work more and more. Their friendship became better and better to an extent that they would sit and share ideas. The gardener took advantage to promote self-interests at expense of those of his boss with an aim of reducing the workload. He suggested that they should cut down the tree. With this he knew he will not be sweeping under that tree on daily basis.
Upon doing this the boss terminated his contract arguing that he had employed him to take care of the trees and since there are no trees then he has no business there. Had the gardener known that the major interest of the boss was the trees and took adequate care for them then his work position could have been preserved.
Most people in authority have a great regard for loyalty than ability as they feel safe working with those people who appreciate them no matter the circumstances which they are going through. They are aware that much as one may not have precision in job he is undertaking over time he will perform better and better as opposed to a disloyal person who can make the boss not to enjoy the benefits from work arguing that a living dog is better than a dead lion.

In case you wish to improve the relationship between your master and other stakeholders aware of his weaknesses will help you to come up will targeted intervention measures so that he can become better and better.
In times of hardship many of us who believe in a super natural power tend to go to him and start with repenting our sins as we know that he likes us to live a sin free life but due to it being impossible an avenue for constant repentance is there so as to bring back any lost love.
Humbling ourselves before him then repenting is known as a sure way of making him hearken to our prayers and offer to us whatever we ask from him. In times of bumper harvest being thankful to him is necessary and can make him to ensure we continue in the same trajectory in the coming days. Such knowledge has helped many to live in harmony with him. The same principle need to be applied to earthly masters that is knowing what they want and processes necessary to attain what we want from them.
Let us have recipe for life and use it wisely and life will be favourable both to us and to those who we interact with.
