Newly nominated Senator to represent women in the United Democratic Alliance UDA party Essy Okenyuri has another reason to smile and this is after she was considered to prime committee membership.
Humbly accepting the offers, the down-to-earth Easy noted:
“I appreciate the Senate resolve through the Senate Business Committee to have me serve in the following Select Committees:
- Health
- Devolution & Intergovernmental Relations
- Powers and Privileges
Thank you for this show of confidence pledge to serve diligently.”
Easy proceeded to say that she appreciates the opportunity and that she commits to serve diligently.
