Leaders drawn from various parts of Laikipia County have unequivocally welcomed Government’s approach geared towards restoration of peace and sanity in volatile areas.
Led by Ol’Moran Member of County Assembly George Karuiru, the leaders implored upon both the National and County Governments to continue to work in tandem to fight banditry.
The MCA also thanked the Governor Joshua Irungu for manifesting commitment to empower residents of Laikipia through improvement of lighting, connectivity of Rumuruti Nanyuki road and armoured police vehicles to enhance farming is just but a few of the notable achievements
He at the same time called upon those who have not joined the United Democratic Alliance UDA party to do so.
He spoke Friday at the party’s NGC in Bomas of Kenya
