Dear lightning, how majestic you are,
How are you formed, with such electric power
When you flash, we feel happy and amazed,
Your beauty is breathtaking,
But when you thunder, we tremble with fear,
Your mighty sound makes us sad
When you fall on trees, they wither and burn to ash,
And when you touch humans, we can’t explain the torture
We’re torn between joy and fear,
Sometimes you’re beautiful,
sometimes you are fearful
I wonder, what are you made of, what’s your secret might?
Are you oxygen, carbon dioxide, or helium.
How do you form, in the skies
You’re a wonderful sight for all
