Nut (Juglans regia L.) is a walnut fruit tree in the nut family. Its corn is used in confectionery. And the fruit peel with a leaf is used in medicine and perfumery.
Today, the role and importance of the agricultural sector in ensuring the food security of the world’s population is increasing day by day. In particular, using the resources and opportunities available in our country wisely, providing the population with rich and high-quality and vitamin-rich fruit products, further increasing productivity and interest, scientific achievements in the field and the introduction of modern innovative approaches is an urgent issue.
Nuts are a little wrong when we say nutritious food. Nuts provide healthy fats, fiber vitamins and minerals-this is the beginning of helping your health.
In addition, oil is used as food, in the preparation of lok, in the production of high-quality soap, printing ink and dreaming, butter and manure are used in the furniture, mechanical engineering industries.
Greek walnuts have a higher antioxidant activity than other common nuts. This property comes from plant compounds called vitamin E melatonin and polyphenols, which are particularly high in the paper shell of nuts. It is a good moisturizer. The oil is often used to massage the skin, as it is quickly absorbed and prevents the skin from drying out and flaking.
An early small study in healthy adults found that eating foods rich in nuts lowers the level of oxidized LDL “bad” LDL cholesterol after eating, while refined fatty foods disappear. This is useful because oxidized LDL accumulates in the arteries, leading to atherosclerosis.
It contains about 65% fat by weight.They also contain a relatively high % of healthy omega-3 fatty alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). This is about 8-14% of the total fat content.

Studies have also been conducted on how it improves cholesterol levels and how it improves signs of inflammation, with a decrease in the risk of heart disease.
A study by the British Journal of Nutrion found that those who ate nuts more than 4 times a week reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by 37%.
