A teacher is a teacher who teaches knowledge, guides, educates. The teacher also gives the first lesson. The teacher also teaches the meaning and essence of the first Motherland words. Therefore, among all professions, the teaching profession is considered to be very honorable and responsible. After all, the President’s words “From now on, the most respected and honored person in Uzbekistan is a teacher!” or “I don’t respect the one who doesn’t respect the teacher!”, shows how honorable the teaching profession is.

Even now, scientific research and research on this problem continues. By the 21st century, the role of the teacher is becoming more and more sophisticated. Now, global changes, the daily development of science and technology and information and communication technologies require high skills, sharp will, psychological strength, deep knowledge and reasoning from the teacher.
A modern teacher, along with the knowledge of his specialty, has pedagogical and psychological knowledge, as well as special knowledge in various disciplines, has professional training, high moral qualities, and works in educational institutions. is the presenting person. From this point of view, the following duties and responsibilities are currently required of teachers:
– The teacher is, first of all, an educator who feels responsible, an experienced speaker, a propagandist of culture and enlightenment.
– A teacher should be able to love students by nature, to be able to connect his love and feelings with the inner world of students at every moment, to earn their love and respect.
– The teacher should be able to deeply understand the nature of the changes taking place in the social life of the society, the socio-economic reforms being carried out, and objectively evaluate them, and be able to constantly provide correct and reasonable information to the students in this regard. .
– A modern teacher needs to be aware of the news and achievements of science, technology and information and communication technologies.
– The teacher must have deep and thorough knowledge of his specialty, master the integration of all disciplines, and conduct continuous scientific research on himself.
– The teacher should thoroughly know the basics of pedagogy and psychology, organize educational activities taking into account the age and psychological characteristics of students.
– The teacher should be able to effectively use the most effective modern forms, methods and tools of education and upbringing in his professional pedagogical activity.

Based on the above requirements, a modern pedagogue should be a highly cultured, eloquent, student-loving, kind, creative, well-versed in his subject, a psychologist, capable of using modern techniques. The teacher is the engineer of the child’s heart.
Teaching is a highly honorable profession. This profession is not like any other profession. The famous Russian pedagogue A.S. Makarenko gives a very high assessment of the teaching profession and defines it as follows:,, An educator must know how to organize, walk, joke, be cheerful or angry, he he should behave in such a way that his every action, behavior, and dress should educate the children”. From this definition, it can be concluded that a pedagogue should be perfect in every way, an ideal person for students. Even the dress of the teacher should educate the children.
It is appropriate for teachers to pay attention to clear and concise expression of their opinion in the process of communication with students, parents and colleagues. In the process of dealing with them, it is necessary not to start the conversation with evidence of negative situations, but on the contrary, to recognize the successes of students (or colleagues, parents), and to express confidence in further enriching them. In the process of communication, benevolence, sincerity, friendly attitude, and good mood should be felt from the words of the teacher towards the interlocutor. ensures that it gains attention.

Teaching is a responsible and difficult profession, a rewarding job that requires hard and continuous work and patience.
