Abstract: This article describes the psychological conflicts that arise between the employees of internal affairs bodies and the strict measures to prevent them.
Key words: employees of internal affairs bodies, modern psychology, presidential decree, public safety, conflicts, discipline, interpersonal relations.
As part of the large-scale reforms implemented in our country, special attention is being paid to ensuring a peaceful and peaceful life of the population and forming a culture of obedience to the law and public safety in our society.
In particular, completely new mechanisms and procedures for organizing work in the direction of public safety on the basis of the principle of “serving the interests of the people” were introduced, and mutual purposeful cooperation of state bodies with public structures was established.
At the same time, the various dangers and conflicts that are intensifying in the world, threats to international peace and tranquility, pandemics, natural and man-made disasters, give priority to the state structures responsible for their activities as “All efforts are for human dignity”. PF- In accordance with Decree No. 6196, further development of the system of public safety in our country and promising directions of state policy in this field were determined.
Individuals and groups, taken separately, may conflict over material things, basic relationships and values, powers of authority, and so on. In any field of activity, conflict can arise due to differences and interests.
Conflicts have a negative impact not only on human activity and value, but also on group and interpersonal relations, quality of education, work efficiency, etc.
Researcher V.M. According to Karimov, conflicts are the competition or opposition of two opposing desires. One of the urgent tasks of modern psychology is to prevent disagreements, determine the nature of conflicts, classify types of conflicts, and develop a methodological system for conflict resolution.
From this point of view, this theoretical research, which attracts our attention, is of significant importance.
Psychological conflicts are explained by differences in the interests, needs and opinions of the parties. And on the basis of these contradictions, conflicts arise. However, at present, the issue of whether any contradictions can be called a conflict is considered a controversial point in scientific research, and this, in turn, requires the study of their socio-psychological nature.
When analyzing the learning criterion, the following points should be taken into account:
- The interdependence of the parties, that is, their interaction with each other, ensures the action of the second person, which requires the response of the first subject. Thus, there is an interaction of the parties, their control is observed, but if there are strict rules of communication (for example, combat sports), then this is not a conflict;
- Understanding the conflict situation, that is, one or both sides consider the actions of others as confusion to achieve some goal, or refer the situation to enemy battles;
- Choosing the second action strategy: seeking a way to reconcile or resolve conflicts acceptable to both parties or, on the contrary, intensifying the struggle, for example, moving from individual (cognitive) conflicts to interpersonal conflicts, as well as using violent actions;
In conflict situations, there is neither guilty nor innocent, only everyone is active towards their goal. Employees of internal affairs bodies, according to the new code of professional culture, are polite, considerate, careful, devoted to citizens and colleagues should be raking. They should not treat citizens rudely, and should not allow their honor and dignity to be degraded.
By the decision of the President of Uzbekistan on January 20, the code of professional culture and service discipline of the employees of internal affairs bodies was approved. The text of the decision was placed on the national database of legislative information – Lex.uz.
According to the document, knowledge of the code and strict observance of its rules is mandatory for every employee of the agency, and the code is the main criterion for evaluating the efficiency and discipline of the employee.
Failure to comply with the Code may result in disciplinary action against the employee, including dismissal.
