This morning I watched a video circulating on social media, of a young girl being molested most horribly, by a group of barbaric men.
It’s infuriating and breaks my heart to see that such barbaric acts continue to be meted out against young girls. FGM is a violation of girls’ and women’s fundamental rights which shouldn’t be practised in our modern society.
Those men who took it upon themselves to traumatise and abuse that young lady should be brought to book and be made an example of.
The authorities must treat that act with the contempt it deserves.
