Worth Noting:
- For tourists who have visited a new place they may go around in a seemingly aimless manner but this is due to them sighting many new things possibly unexpected ones some of which they generate interest in. Life to them seems amazing as they continue to discover wonders of nature.
- Among the pick pocketers they idle around as they are unaware of who their next client will be, when they happen to find anyone who seems confused, unfamiliar with their area of operation and whom they suspect to be carrying something valuable as well as looking relatively weak to an extent that they can threaten or overpower him before stealing the valuables that he is carrying.
If you have lived with a toddler or near them you will agree with me that they spend most of their time sleeping. Those that rarely disturb you during the day due to being asleep are well known for remaining awake at night and crying if left untended to. At night as other people enjoy their sleep these toddlers may seem displaced to those who were not with them during the day unaware that that was their sleeping time.
If you find the eagles or vultures flying over and over a certain location and upon thinking about them you cannot identify anything to be eaten by them do not just dismiss them as creatures who have lost their way rather know that there is something that they have noticed which you are unable to see or smell perhaps you are not keen or it is not stinking.
Among the police service, military service and even general researchers you will find their spies wandering around as they try to gather evidence especially on something that they are unsure about. They may do this for quite some time when they do not have a hint though they know something that they want to gather information about happens. When they get a hint they try to narrow down to the matter and spend a considerable time until they get information they require.
The inability of spies to know exactly where to obtain a certain piece of information but having a general idea of whatever they are searching for being present in the area that is under consideration makes them to wander around.

Any onlooker before the incident may think that the thug is a lost person who cannot establish where he is or who to attack.
Those who are keen on keeping their bodies fit yet they cannot afford paying fees to attend gyms or building their own may result to spending some of their time wandering around for their body to exercise. Looking at them you could find that they are walking perhaps in a certain area for a lengthy period day after the other not picking anything or aiming to meet someone to talk something constructive unknown to you they just want their bodies to exercise.
Someone researching about you but does not want to ask you questions directly may take you for a walk them keep telling to you a lot of stories as well as asking you many questions which to you seem uncorrelated with what you have been talking to him during the previous interactions, the journey which he is taking you seems not of any importance as you are just going round and round with not specified destination. To you he will seem an idler, to him he will be happy that he has been able to spend time with you and at the end of it he will have gathered information he wanted.
A lady who has fallen in love with you but is feeling shy to disclose it or perhaps you have never talked to her so she does not want to look as if she is the one who has approached you for a hand in marriage may will be wandering around where you are wishing that the more often you sight her you will generate interest in her and perhaps say a positive word or two from where she will take advantage and advance the communication and relationship.
Do not dismiss any of the action that you see being taken by other people unless you establish its intention.
