Worth Noting:

  • Moving on from high school to real life, men in general appreciate the little things that we ladies do so as to look good. It is a competition dear ladies thus you have to deliver.
  • Allegedly, many a time women have lost their partners to slay queens as they are dubbed these days. It will be worth the effort so be bold, put on those lashes and manicure them nails.
  • As for stay home moms I urge them to wear that makeup doing their chores. Consequently, our men will appreciate our time and efforts. Stating the obvious, let’s make it a culture and cultivate this etiquette movement from our schools to the society at large.

Ladies are always on the move pertaining matters of skincare, fashion and style. Needless to say that we rely on our appearances as they leave a lot to be desired in some cases. That is why programs on complete makeovers make a mark in terms of viewership thus we are always thirsty and foraging for anything more informative. It can be seen that all this mumbo jumbo is all about trying to fit in, everyone  wants to be a role model so ladies let’s get fashionable or die trying. Undoubtedly, let me take you on an enlightening journey that may add some spice to your current status quo.

Have you ever wondered why in high school all the smart students are chosen as prefects and monitors? The answer is because of the way they present themselves. It can be seen that owning a good wardrobe is not enough if you are not impeccable and lack that sought of sixth sense in fashion. Looking back, the smart girls made strides for they sacrificed their precious time to wash and iron their uniforms everyday not forgetting their socks and shoes which were never dusty. In the long run it paid off as they were recognized on Prize Giving Day for their effort at hygiene. In simpler terms, if you want people to appreciate you then you better rise to the occasion in the etiquette department. Cleanliness is next to Godliness so it is wise to always look good despite the little that you have.

As for stay home moms I urge them to wear that makeup doing their chores. Consequently, our men will appreciate our time and efforts. Stating the obvious, let’s make it a culture and cultivate this etiquette movement from our schools to the society at large. This is because culture as an entity is hard to exorcise. The end result will be a boost in deportment, decorum and confidence mark my words.

In addition, we have to mull over what people will say after seeing your type of dressing. Clothes have some supernatural power as they tend to create a lasting impression because they have a mind of their own. As ladies we should distinguish between formal and casual dressing so as to up our ante. This only points to dressing your age so as to uphold your status for example married women should not dress like teenagers and vice versa. The moment you get this in your head you will never go wrong thus thwarting any criticism. As a fashion junkie, I always loved to dress up but a limited wardrobe was a bane of my existence. To bring this issue to light, I still remember being almost assaulted by the whole rank of taxi drivers because I had dared to wear a very short summer dress with some lacy tights. It was a complete disaster take it from me for I looked like a complete hooker. The drivers went on to admonish me, reiterating that it was censorious if I were to provoke perverts fueling the escalation of unresolved rape cases.

The moral of the article is that I mended my ways plus my closet as well and decided to dress accordingly. To back this up ladies, I admire fashion icons like Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey and Kate Middleton because they are always modestly on point. If they can make a statement with mere clothes then I’m willing to join this band wagon. It’s better to be known for good fashion taste and not to be a travesty for the fashion police. It is easy to judge a book by its cover, the society is always looking and also copying so try and set a trend that will put an end to this wave of scanty apparel that is trying to choke our youths. Not only is this beneficial to me but it will make an impact on the girl child as our future generation and the world at large bringing about change and a reduction in rape cases, domestic violence and child abuse in general.
