This list is amended by the Cabinet of Ministers at the beginning of each academic year, based on the expediency of changing the priorities in educational areas, according to the recommendation of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and additions may be made.

– participation in conferences (competitions) according to directions;
– existence of at least two published works (works);
-languages - knowledge of the state language and one foreign language (except for the state languages of the Commonwealth of Independent States), and in the case of a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in a foreign language, knowledge of one more foreign language is required. will be done;
