Shed light to your associates on the importance of their roles

- A husband who fails to appreciate the role of his wife at home may see it as a normalcy that she does her duties despite heavy criticism until that time when she goes to visit her parents or a camp where she is not accompanied by her husband then the husband has no one to carry out those duties her wife does or have someone else who is not doing them as per the standards attained by his wife.
- In such incidences he would miss that her wife is around to do the chores or share ideas which he is used to challenge or dismiss. Being aware that her roles are geared to helping the family live an enjoyable life would make the head of the house look at intention rather than the method of implementation.

Listening to many people making introduction either themselves or being introduced by other people you will hear them mention their titles for example mister, missus, miss, doctor, engineer, professor, sister, father, reverend, president, minister, sir and madam. The mention of all these are titles is to relate someone with his profession, marital status, level of education and even gender among other relations.
One feels honoured when correctly categorized. His or her contribution to the society is acknowledged by reference to the title earned. It is human to feel that they belong to a certain social status.
When a kid is referring to her parents you can hear him use titles like father and mum, these are termed not only as proper but also enough titles that is a kid may not include any other name and it is deemed enough. The kid recognizes his or her position as an offspring while the parents recognize their position as owner of that offspring.
Similar to fingerprints and iris which every human being has unique ones so are the plans that is if you give someone a maize some can roast it and eat it, another one can mill it in to flour and eat, one may sell it and buy rice, some would use it to make porridge while others will boil and then eat it. If no other food to be eaten by these people most probably one could opt to boil or mil. Being aware of the situation help them to make appropriate decision.
In a family set up when couples are going for a visit in an area with an idea of investing or settling in that location in future they would not worry of the prevailing weather situation in fact they would prefer to know the worst weather situation and any other possible situation so that they can make a prudent decision on whether to invest and relocate or not. Suppose one of the party does not have idea of why they are visiting a certain area he or she would be uncomfortable if the weather is harsh for example during rainy seasons some areas becomes waterlogged but are easily accessible during dry seasons so you can think about settling in them during the favourable dry seasons only to be shocked when it is a rainy season.

Some parents are fond of failing to attend school meetings yet they blame the teachers in case of poor performance of the school, forgetting that much as the teacher is paid for teaching there is a limit of how much he should play his role. If all stakeholders know, cooperate and carry out their duties correctly all of them would benefit. When the student is in a certain school the parent should be made aware that he too owns the school at that time.
